Position & Message

Many companies know exactly what they do – but no longer with precision what they stand for and why.

Position & Botschaft

The result:

  • too many messages
  • texts that are too long
  • different narratives internally and externally
  • decisions that are postponed or delegated

This is where our work begins.

What this module is really about For us, strategy and language is not about finding the right words, but about structuring entrepreneurial thinking.

We help you to:

  • distill your offering to its essence
  • define priorities clearly and let go of what is not essential
  • develop a language that supports decision-making
  • make contradictions between ambition, attitude, and appearance visible

Only when it is clear what should be said and what should not does communication begin to work.

Typical decision questions we clarify together

  • What do we stand for and deliberately not for?
  • What is our true core value?
  • Which topics must we lead and which can we let go?
  • How do we speak about ourselves without explaining or justifying?
  • Which language fits our attitude, not current trends?

This clarity is not a linguistic refinement. It is a business decision.

Our role

We work as structuring sparring partners:

  • analytical, precise, attentive
  • questioning, organizing, sharpening
  • not sugarcoating, not selling

Texts are not created at the end of our process, but emerge from it. They are the result of clarity, not a substitute for it.

What changes afterward

After our work together, you are able to:

  • make decisions faster and with greater confidence
  • communicate your offering consistently
  • use design deliberately instead of correcting it later
  • tell the same story internally and externally

Only on this basis do we develop, if desired, design, design systems, or content that makes this clarity visible.

From Practice

Chemical group Degussa wanted to demonstrate what its products actually do in people's everyday lives — under its new claim "Creating Essential" — not for specialists, but for a broader public. BFG conceived a newsletter that brought B2B products to life through stories about their everyday use. The result: Degussa gained new partners — directly through communication.

Position within the overall process

This module is intentionally placed at the beginning of our collaboration. Because design without strategic clarity creates effort but no impact.

When clarity starts personally Sometimes clarity within a company begins with clarity within yourself. Our Coaching for Entrepreneurs supports you before or alongside the strategic work.

From clarity to visibility Once a position is clarified, the next question is how this clarity becomes visible.

Corporate Design translates your position into a reliable visual system that provides orientation and eases decision-making.
