Coaching for entrepreneurs
Clarity in decision-making, role, and leadership.
Entrepreneurial responsibility doesn't end at the desk. Decisions, roles, and expectations keep working on you — often where there are no easy answers. Our coaching is for entrepreneurs and business leaders looking for a confidential space to prepare decisions, sharpen their role, and shape transitions deliberately — away from day-to-day operations, public image, and operational pressure.
What this coaching is really about
This coaching is not a self-optimization program and not advice-giving. It's a structured space for thinking through entrepreneurial decisions. We support you in:
- clearly distinguishing responsibility, role, and function
- working through decision dilemmas
- deliberately shaping new leadership tasks, roles, or transitions — such as growth or succession
- staying able to act, even amid uncertainty
Our work is calm, precise, and attentive. It aims not at quick fixes but at decisions that hold.
Common reasons people come
- When important decisions are due, but the inner clarity to make them is missing
- When your role is changing — through growth, new responsibility, or handover
- When every thread runs through you and stepping back feels hard
- When success is there, but the direction has become unclear
Our approach
We work personally, discreetly, and as equals. Supportive and honest — with a clarity that holds, even when it's uncomfortable at first.
Our training includes coaching, adult education, and psychological counseling (Hanse-College Hamburg, ILS/Migge Seminare) — the methodological foundation on which we work professionally, in a structured and responsible way.
How we work
We work in one-on-one sessions, on-site or remote. A session usually lasts 90 minutes.
- You set the frequency: weekly, biweekly, or as needed. Engagements typically run over 3–6 months.
- Single sessions for a specific decision situation are possible.
- It always starts with a no-obligation initial consultation (30 min), in which we determine together whether and how working together makes sense.
What's different afterward
After the coaching, many entrepreneurs can:
- make decisions without being blocked by inner conflict
- distinguish between their role as an entrepreneur and their personal stance
- set priorities and say "no" without a guilty conscience
- stay able to act, even amid uncertainty
Not everything becomes easier. But it becomes clearer.
Who this coaching is not for
This coaching is not suited to entrepreneurs who:
- expect quick fixes or concrete instructions
- want to hand off responsibility for decisions
- see coaching as a substitute for therapy or crisis intervention
We work with entrepreneurs who are able to act but are seeking clarity — not where problems are meant to be outsourced.
Or start directly with the company: Sometimes the first step isn't personal but strategic. Position & Message helps you develop entrepreneurial clarity — which often clears up leadership questions, too.
