Coaching for entrepreneurs
Think clearly. Decide clearly. Communicate clearly.
Entrepreneurial responsibility does not end at the desk. Decisions, roles, and expectations extend beyond it—often into areas where there are no simple answers. Our coaching is designed for entrepreneurs who are seeking a confidential space to reflect, pause, and prepare decisions—beyond day-to-day operations, external perception, and operational pressure.
What this Coaching is really about
This coaching is not an optimization program and not self-help. It is a structured personal thinking space.
We support you in:
- distinguishing between responsibility, role, and person
- clarifying decision dilemmas
- consciously shaping new roles or transitions
- remaining capable of action, even in uncertainty
Our work is calm, precise, and attentive. It does not aim for quick solutions, but for decisions that are sustainable.
Typical Situations
- When success is present but no longer fulfilling
- When everything depends on you, and no one asks how you are doing
- When decisions are pending, but inner clarity is missing
- When roles change without providing orientation
Our Stance
We work personally, discreetly, and on equal footing. Strengthening and honest—with clarity that holds, even when it is initially uncomfortable. As certified coaches, adult education trainers, and psychological counselors (Hanse-College Hamburg, ILS/Migge Seminare), we work professionally, in a structured manner, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
How we work
We work in one-on-one sessions, on site or remotely. A session usually lasts 90 minutes. The frequency is defined by you: weekly, biweekly, or as needed. Typical engagements last 3–6 months. Individual sessions for specific decision situations are possible. The process always begins with a non-binding introductory conversation (30 minutes) to determine whether and how a collaboration makes sense.
What changes afterward
After the coaching, many entrepreneurs are able to:
- make decisions without being blocked by internal conflicts
- distinguish between their role as an entrepreneur and their person
- say “no” without feeling guilty
- remain capable of action even in uncertainty
Not everything becomes easier. But it becomes clearer.
Who this Coaching is not suitable for
This coaching is not suitable for entrepreneurs who:
- expect quick solutions or concrete instructions
- want to delegate responsibility for decisions
- view coaching as a substitute for therapy or crisis intervention
We work with entrepreneurs who are capable of action but seek clarity—not with those looking to offload problems.
